DELIVERY POLICY
- delivery time frames are estimations
- orders placed over a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following working day
- once orders have been completed, we are unable to amend any items or cancel orders
- please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly. any parcels returned to sender due to invalid addresses may incur a charge, payable by the customer for a second shipment.
- all domestic 1-2 day orders must be placed before 3pm monday - thursday to ensure delivery (excludes weekends & bank holidays)
- all orders placed for saturday delivery must be placed before 3pm on friday. (please be advised if this falls on a bank holiday this will be sent for the following saturday)

International customers may be charged by their customs and borders law to pay vat and/or customs fees. This will depend on your country.
*We are unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the courier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by glamify fashion. for more information, please get in touch with your local customs office if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end*
